PDFDash Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to PDFDash! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PDFDash regarding your use of the PDFDash service and website. Please review these Terms carefully before using our services. By registering for an account or using PDFDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About PDFDash

PDFDash provides an online software as a service that allows users to easily create professional PDF documents and covers ("Service"). Authorized and paying PDFDash subscribers can use our Service to design and generate PDF files for personal or commercial purposes. PDFDash handles the technical PDF conversion and formatting while users provide the content.

Registration and Accounts

To use PDFDash you must register for a user account. Accounts are only available to authorized, paying subscribers. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your PDFDash account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties. Immediately notify PDFDash if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Billing, Plans, and Cancellation

PDFDash offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All charges and subscription details will be disclosed prior to confirming your purchase. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept all major credit cards.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. PDFDash does not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of a billing cycle.

Any downgrades to your subscription plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Upgrades occur immediately and you will be charged the difference in plan rates.

PDFDash reserves the right to change pricing, plans, and billing policies by notifying you in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using PDFDash. Do not use our Service to create or transmit libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal content.

You are solely responsible for the content, quality, and accuracy of any PDF documents created with PDFDash. While PDFDash handles the technical PDF conversion, we do not monitor or approve the actual documents generated by users.

PDFDash reserves the right to review, monitor, prohibit, block, or remove any content in violation of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you are in violation of our Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

PDFDash retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Service, technology, source code, content, data, and information offered through the Service. User content belongs solely to the user.

By uploading or submitting content through the Service, you grant PDFDash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, transmit, display, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Accounts and Limitation of Liability

PDFDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data.

PDFDash's total liability arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for this Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) $500.
